I am not a big fan of making movies 3D. I don’t think it adds much to most movies and the cost at the box office is too high for me personally. There are a few exceptions like the Avengers and Avatar. I will spend the extra money to see the Hobbit (at least the first one– from there I will determine if I will see the next two in 3D).
That all being said, I love these glasses. I think having special glasses for the movie is a smart way to sell the 3D and to make them collectors items.
