According to Screen Crush, an attendee of the San Diego Comic Con was hit by a car today. She tripped while trying to rush to cross the street and was struck. She was rushed to the hospital but passed away.
Comic Con does not officially begin until Thursday. She was waiting in the “Twilight” line that has already formed.
For all my friends attending the San Diego Comic Con, please be careful out there. It is easy to be distracted with all the KOOL stuff going on and rushing from one line to another.
The Geeky KOOL staff will not be in attendance this year but we hope to be represented next year.
