Fangrabs: The Netflix of Graphic Novels

I have recently become acquainted with a new service out there for comic book fans.  Fangrabs is service that will send you graphic novels, manga, and other related books to your home via the mail.  You can keep them and read them as long as you like and then return them for the next graphic novel in your queue.  This is similar to the old Netflix dvd rentals and the Gamefly game rentals.  They have numerous issues waiting for you for a monthly fee. Their fee structure starts as low as $15 a month, which is less than buying a typical graphic novel.

This service would be great to get caught up on all of those issues of Walking Dead.  Did you miss the Avengers VS X-Men and desire to find out what the fuss was about?  Do you want to read that elusive  graphic novel from the 80’s you have always heard about but never read?

I am more of a monthly issue kind of guy. But some stories are better told in a graphic novel than in a monthly subscription.  Reading those darn crossover comics can be a lot easier in a bound edition.

If you are a comic reader and don’t have to own the actual graphic novel, then this is a service you might want to check out.  If you do check out the service, place a review in the comments section to tell us what you think. An even better idea is for you to submit a full review for our staff to place on the Main Geeky KOOL page.
