I am a geek who does not have a subscription to HBO. I wish I did have it so I could watch the fantasy series: Game of Thrones. I can’t justify the added expense just to watch one series. I hear great things the Game of Thrones books and television series.
I do have an issue with the nudity and adult themes in the series. My understanding is that it is groteuse and does not add value to the show. I like a good geek series that I can share with my eleven year old daughter and this would not be it.
I say all of that to introduce this cool video. It is a fight scene from Game of Thrones but the sword blades are converted to light sabers with full sound effects. It is very GEEKY KOOL. I found this link on The Mary Sue.
