All of us have either had those obsessive times where we check e-mail/Facebook/ect every few minutes or we have at least known someone who has this obsessive behavior. This graphic pokes fun at this quirky behavior that can waste a lot of our time.
I pulled this graphic from Forbes Online. This is from a great online article, “Managing Distraction: How and Why to Ignore Your Inbox“. The article discusses the distraction of email at work and some strategies on how to better manage it. The author, Katherine Ellison, is managing her ADHD and understands distractions. I found this to be a good read since I am a tech geek who also has attention issues.
