After the success of AMC’s The Walking Dead, no one would have been surprised that AMC would give the second season of the spin off series, Fear the Walking Dead a quick renewal. But I doubt many would have guessed it would get approval for a second season before the first season even airs. According to Deadline, AMC has done just that.
Season 1 of Fear the Walking Dead will take place between the initial outbreak and about the time frame when Rick wakes up on The Walking Dead.
