Scientists and Science Fiction writers alike have often viewed Europa as a potential spot for extratressial life in our universe. This moon of Jupiter has ice covered oceans with liquid water under the ice.
Historically, there has been one thing missing. Science believed volcanic activity on a planet was needed for life to form. Now a new sutdy has shown those oceans could have hydrogen and oxyen in them for life to form.
NASA stated that Europa is the most likely place in our Solar System beyond Earth to contain life.
