Planet Comicon Kansas City starts this Friday. That is only three more work days until we kick off the Midwest’s largest geek Convention. It is held Friday March 29th to Sunday March 31st.
I have been busy at work trying to find comics for some of the comic creators to sign. I love getting signatures on some of my favorite issues signed by their creators. There are tons of awesome creators this year, like always. I spent yesterday at my buddy Bryan’s home looking through the comics he is storing for me. Tonight, I spent the night looking through comics at my home.
Here are some of the creators I will be visiting this weekend to get signatures: Jason Aaron; Mark Bagley; Cullen Bunn; the great Chris Claremont; Amanda Conner; the great Jose Luis Garcia-Lopez; the great Keith Giffin; Bob McLeod; Steve McNiven; Jimmy Palmiotti; and Skottie Young. I hope to interview some of these creators. I hope to meet and get a new appreciation for other creators not listed. Here is the full list of creators coming to Planet Comicon Kansas City.
There will be ton of things to do at Planet Comicon Kansas City even if you aren’t interested in meeting Comic Book Creators. We will be posting more about celebrities and other things you can find at Planet Comicon Kansas City this week prior to the Convention.
