The Joker has had all sorts of different takes on his character of the years. There is a manga comic coming out in January that will be a Joker based Story. One OP Joker will show the Joker as a parent. Artist Keisuke Gotoh wil head up this manga.
I cannot conceive of the Joker being a parent. His insanity would more likely kill the crying offspring than raise a child but maybe having a child can change the Clown Prince. Who are we kidding? This will be a train wreck and that is why it will be interesting.
