Saturday and Sunday at Galaxycon Columbus OH

Saturday was the busiest day for the Convention, as it always seems to be for every convention. The line to pick up your registration badge was a line that had at least 3 rows snaking through the convention center main hallway, but everyone was well behaved. The only issue I encountered was being told that “press couldn’t enter the exhibition hall before 10am” according the the convention center staff, but i quick text to the Galaxycon media staff, corrected that.

Back to the Future Delorean, which was built by Universal Studios prop masters. This is the ABSOLUTE best version I HAVE EVER SEEN AT A CON.

Saturday night was a special event at the convention, as AEW Wrestling held a Live TNT broadcast showing of Collision Course from the floor of the Convention. The place was packed full of fans.

Here are some photos from the early matches. After being on my feet all day, I had to leave before the end of the card as I was exhausted

Sunday was the final day of the Con, and although the crowd was smaller than Friday or Saturday, there was still a lot of excitement from the crowd.  I was also able to get some interviews with some Professional Cosplayers and Artists.

All in all it was another great Galaxycon. Columbus out did itself, and I am looking forward to the next Galaxaycon event in Richmond, Va in March 2025
