According to the The Wall Street Journal, Apple is in discussions to create their own verision of Pandora and Spotify. They are working with the music industry to secure the rights to air the music. It hasn’t been determined if it will be commercial based or a subscription based.
To quote former President Reagan, “There you go again!” Apple has become almost as well known for their lawsuits as for their technology. They are going back to their old ways of copying others work (never really left). They will probably try to patent it and sue Pandora and Spotify over it.
