I am a wife and mother who has loved all things Geeky and Kool since I was a little girl. Raised in the Midwest, I’ve grown to love the simple things in life, though I’ve always had an infinity for reading and writing. I was the odd kid in middle school, carrying around a book too thick by most reading standards, yet I was hungry to explore the fantastical worlds hidden within each cover. I met my geeky husband just after high school, and we quickly married before striking out on our own. After our geeky kids were born, I decided to change careers, go to college, and seek a degree in technical/professional writing, so I could pursue a career I love while earning a living. Like all creatives, I have a manuscript on the back burner, and I hope to finish it soon, now that my higher education is complete.
