Geekykool.com did a bunch of short form interview videos with various guest creators this past weekend in Richmond, Virginia. The first one is with 2 of the Indie Author’s of the Pop-UP Book Shoppe, Scott Clark and Benjamin Kamphuis. The Pop-Up Book Shoppe had an amazing weekend, where they sold out of almost everything all the authors brought with them to the show. I am really happy for each of the authors, and GeekyKools own Ashley Grant is one of their Indie Authors, who had a great weekend.
The next short Interview was with Indie Author JD Netto. JD lives in New York City in Manhattan and this was his first ever GalaxyCon appearance.
The last short form interview I did on Sunday was with Jason Lewis, the creator of 2Land Comics. 2Land was started during the pandemic, and it involves an animorphic superhero named DRIP. DRIP is an acronym that stands for “Do Right, Inspire People”. The creators go around to schools nationwide and use Drip to teach about anti bullying. they also have a cartoon and are releasing a video game in the near future.
