Heroes Reborn actor Marco Grazzini will join The Flash as the villain Tar Pit. In the comics, Joe Monteleone is a small time criminal. He discovered his ability to transfer his consciousness into a vat of hot tar. For the CW series, it appears his ability is to transform into molten asphalt. Either way, it is a KOOL villain for Barry and the Flash gang to take on.
