Music icon and legend, Quincy Jones, passed away on Sunday, November 3rd. He died in his home in California. Jones was 91 years old when he passed. The cause of death was not released.
Quincy Jones was a record producer, songwriter, composer, arranger, and producer. He had a career in music for over 70 years. He won 28 Grammy Awards out of 80 nominations. In 1992, he was given a Grammy Legend Award.
Jone was an accomplished jazz musician and arranger before becoming a great producer. He produced musical legends like Michael Jackson, Frank Sinatra, Miles Davis, Lesley Gore, and Donna Summer. In the 1980s, he was everywhere in the musical field.
