Last week, Ben Affleck leaked footage of a live action Deathstroke scene. We weren’t sure if this was from the upcoming Justice League movie or the next Batman movie or just a red herring. There was speculation on who was under the mask. Now we know. Magic Mike star Joe Manganiello is the DC Movie Universe’s Deathstroke and he will be in the un-named Batman movie.
Deathstroke The Terminator first appeared in the 1980s The New Teen Titans. He quickly became a fan favorite villain. He is devious and super KOOL. He is a super soldier (like Captain America but in DC) with mega reflexes. His reflexes took down the Flash in mid-stride. He uses 90% of his brain at one time. He is a master tactician- even better than Batman. His plot to take down the Teen Titans with the Judas Contract was phenomenal and frightfully good.
Watch out Batman because Deathstroke is your match.
