Here at Geeky KOOL, we have spent some time talking about LibraryCon 2017. It will be this Saturday, August 19th at the Library Center in Springfield, MO. We have highlighted the feature guests of Javier Saltares, Cullen Bunn, and Jeremy Haun. These featured guests are three of the biggest in comics.
I would like to now focus on the Special guests of LibraryCon. They are awesome creators. They are not as renown as Javier, Cullen, or Jeremy but they are still fantastic. You should come out and meet everyone of them.
Shayne Silvers is the number 1 Amazon worldwide best selling author. He is the author of the Nate Temple supernatural thriller series. He will be a panelist on the Getting Started in Independent Publishing panel.
EM Ervin is a personal friend and a friend of Geeky KOOL. She is the author of the awesome Nasaru Chronicles series. This supernatural contemporary series is a fun read. EM’s bubbly personality will bring you over to talk at her table. Watch out for her manager.
I have known J. Christopher Wilson for a couple of decades. He is an awesome friend, great teacher, and a talented writer. He is the author of the Wards of Iasos series. This series a classic fantasy series focused on the left overs of this realm.
Artist Adam McLaughlin is a terrific artist and comic creator but more importantly a wonderful guy. He is a co-owner of Lunchbox Press and co-creator of the awesome horror, werewolf comic, Listen to the Thunder. They have exciting new to announce about this comic book property.

JimmyZ Johnston is a writer on comics like Micronauts, Wrath of Karza, The Tick, and Warlock 5. He has worked closely with Cullen Bunn on several projects including the revival of the independent comic Warlock 5.
Allyson Lassister and Stephanie Young will be a special guest. This comic book creating duo will show off their awesome work and be a part of the Origin Stories panel.
