Martin Freeman’s mystery role in Captain America: Civil War has finally been revealed. Martin Freeman will be Everett Ross.
Ross works for the U.S. State Department. He is in charge of escorting foreign diplomats into America. In the comics, Ross is best known for State Department work with T’Challa, King of Wakanda and the hero, Black Panther. In the movie, Ross is a member of the Joint Counter Terrorist Centre.
Martin Freeman is known for his roles in the Hobbit as Bilbo Baggins, BBC’s Sherlock as Doctor Watson, and Tim Canterbury on the original version of The Office.
