As movie theaters continue to struggle and people continue to avoid going out to see a movie, movie studios push back their major movies to a later time. There is hope the Coronapocalypse will soon be over (but probably not). Studios keep pushing movies in hope for the time to come when people will pack the theaters.
The last James Bond movie for Daniel Craig has been pushed back yet again. No Time to Die has moved till next year. It was set to open on November 11, 2020. It will move back to April 2, 2021. We have to wait until April for our last glimpse of Craig’s Bond.
Another big time movie which has been moved is F9. This is the latest Fast and Furious movie. It has been delayed from April 2, 2021 to May 28, 2021.
This is very sad news for movie theaters which are struggling to stay afloat. They were hoping these movies might come out and pack theaters. Movie Studios are looking out for their best interest but many of them are having big struggles. Warner Bros has a big lay off/ firing last month and now Disney has severely cut their payroll.
Hopefully 2021 will be a better year for all of us including the movies.
