Morgan’s Musings: A tired, sore, stressed-out office worker goes to get a massage. Finds a cat running one and he is a professional (and for some reasons, cats can talk to the humans in this world and no one questions it.) The human loves the massages and visits often, learning about this masterful healing cat and his kitten helpers, trying to help them drum up more business by introducing these pawfully little stress reducers to his work. And, that’s it. HA! There are 16 chapters, all short AND in color, in this manga, each showing the daily lives of this office worker and his new talented friends at the cat massage parlor.
If you love cats, this is a charming little read. If you want to destress, this is a quick breath of fresh air. Simple, sweet, cuddly, cute. Not much to dive into. This is an easy story for animal lovers done right. What is more relaxing than a kind kitty purring on your aching muscles? And a kitten sleeping in your shirt pocket heals your heart! TOO DARLING! ^_^
Will I Continue the Series? There are currently four mangas, which is reasonable. It is the most expensive one I got, at $15 for the cover price. But, Amazon did have them a little cheaper and since it is good binding and every page is colored, a rarity in manga, I think the price is fair for a charming series to help you smile and relax. So, if I saw it at a fair price, yes, I will get more. It is the cat’s meow!
