If anyone remotely knows me, one of my favorite nerdy ways of life is “Pokemon!”  Has been since it first came to the USA over 20 years ago.  Friendship.  Personal growth.  Being a hero.  You can be whatever you want to be.  Battling with cute and intense creatures.  What is there not to love?!  😀  “Pokemon” has embedded its way into so much I do and it always will.

For years before covid, we ran a local “Pokemon” card league once a month, having fun tournaments and teaching anyone who wanted to learn the TCG.  We also played games, had themes, holiday costume contests, and more.  I do miss it; the Pocket Monsters community is amazing!  But, my ‘role’ in our made-up region and the league was the Champion (just because I did all the planning; I was BY FAR not the best player, lol!)  And my all-time favorite type in general, especially as a deck?  PSYCHIC!  ^-^

Last summer, on GeekyKool, I did a month of “Pokemon” posts.  So, I thought let’s do it again! =D Well, at least 2/3rds of it.  LOL!

So, here are the rules:

• I tried to get AS MANY Pokemon that were created for that region.  If I could not get a full team of six that way (which in some of the later regions with small dexes, happens,)  then I would include the REMAKES listing AND/OR the expanded Pokedexs.
• I tried to get AS MANY Pokemon that are LISTED to be psychic OR duel psychic.  With the smaller Pokedexs, I also included Pokemon that could learn psychic moves, be it leveling up or TM (but it had to be attacks that do damage for me personally, not just status moves.)
• For fun, I added a Mystic OR Legendary I would want to ‘befriend,’ since I believe you cannot or SHOULD not, in the LORE, catch a legendary, since they are so special, protectors normally, and exceedingly powerful.  Still, who would NOT want to be able to be trusted by one?! ^o^
