Last week a story broke about the 80s classic movie, Labyrinth, being rebooted. The Jim Henson Company was close to deal. Nicole Perlman, a screenwriter on the Guardians of the Galaxy movie will write the script. This movie will be a full reboot.
The timing seemed odd with the recent death of David Bowie. Why would they announce this now?
The was in fact a ruse, a trick, and prank. There is no discussion of rebooting Labyrinth at this time. Nicole Perlman is not signed on to write this movie. Check out her tweets below.
