Oz-Con Day Two is in the books. It was a fun day of convention time with fellow geeks and nerds. The floor was buzzing.
Oz-Con at it’s heart is a gaming convention. Day two brought out a ton of gamers. Gamers of all kinds appear to be having a blast, as they should.
The video game section of the floor was full of people playing all variety of game from fantasy rpg, to e-sports, to games for kids. Each computer and console was full when I walked by them. The gamers appeared to be having a great time.
Oz-Con has a section for Warhammer and other tabletop miniature games. Beautiful sets lined the tables with gamers rolling dice and celebrating when they were successful.
There was a room for table top rpgs like Dungeons and Dragons. Most of the tables were full with people explaining games and having a great time. Many were getting their first taste of different games.
There were a bunch of cosplayers walking the floor. I got a few picture of some amazing cosplayers and will share. A.J. was one of the judges of the cosplay contest so she was away from the booth much of the day.
I was involved in a couple of panels on Saturday. For more details, check out the posts on Geeky Jeopardy and the Geek In All of Us panels.
