Dressing up in costume has become a regular part for many attending various comic book conventions. It is known as Cosplay (costume play) in most geeky circles. Planet Comicon was no different. Over the last 5 years, the number of costumes at Planet Comicon have multiplied by 10. The costumes have become extremely professional looking. Some of the costumes are purchased and worn but still many are home made by very creative individuals.
As we entered the Conventional Hall, were were greeted by a Female Joker. She was checking wrist bands to allow one into Planet Comicon. That was just the beginning. Here are photos of just some of the Cosplay.
