Gotham has a new villain. Hugo Strange is a Batman villain from the 1940’s Detective Comics #36. Hugo notoriously uses science to make weapons and turn people into monsters for his bidding.
On Gotham, the Indian Hill facility is a hidden lab that experiments on monsters. This hidden lab is ran by a hidden part of Wayne Industries. Hugo Strange is the monster behind Indian Hill. He appears to be an altruistic psychiatrist helping those in need while manipulating the situation.
BD Wong will portray Hugo Strange on Gotham. Wong is known for his roles on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Jurassic World.
