Steven Spielberg is directing an adaptation of the best-selling sci-fi novel by Ernie Cline, Ready Player One. Warner Bros. and Village Roadshow are collaboration to bring this adaption.
Casting for Ready Player One has begun. Olivia Cooke was the role of Art3mis, a famous gunter and blogger from Canada. Technology Cooke is still in negotiations for the role but it appears to a done deal.
At 21 years of age, Olivia Cooke is a veteran actress. She has been in numerous movies like Me and Earl and the Dying Girl, Ouija, and The Signal. I know her best as Emma, Norman’s best friend, on the Bates Motel television series.
Ready Player One takes place on Oasis, a virtual world. It focus a treasure hunt competition to win the fortune of dead game founder.
