Actor Roger E. Mosley passed away at age 83 years of age. He passed away from complications after a car crash. He was left paralyzed from the shoulders down and in critical condition until he passed away.
Mosley’s acting career spanned five decades. He acted in movies like The Mack, McQ, The Greatest and The River Niger and television series guest spots like Cannon, Night Galley, and Sanford and Son. Mosley is best known for his role on Magnum, P.I. as Theodore “T.C.” Calvin, Magnum’s buddy and helicopter pilot.
The character of T.C. was originally meant to be a broken and struggling friend. Mosley wanted his character to be role model. T.C. was re-written to be a successful character. T.C.’s character never drank or smoke to keep his clean image.
