Spike TV ordered a television pilot of a new series, The Mist. This series is based off of the 1980 story by Stephen King.
A mysterious mist rolls into a Maine town. Some of the residents are trapped in a grocery store. The mist is full of strange creatures. How will this story morph into an ongoing series on Spike TV? We are not sure yet.
