As I write this, I am getting ready for StateOfTheOzaks Fest. It is happening in downtown Hollister, MO today from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. There will be traditional fall festival things. It also has a different aspect than most traditional Fall Festivals.
StateOfTheOzarks also has a geek/nerd side. There will be a medieval group that performs a KOOL fighting. There is also a Hero/Villain walk for cosplayers. Yes, Cosplayers are welcome at the StateOfTheOzarks Fest.

Villains and Heroes and all costumes characters welcome to take part.
The walk will have lineup at 12:45 and begin at 1 at each end of downing street. Check in at the GeekyKOOL booth before hand.
Can’t make the walk?? Not a problem all day we are asking cosplayers to check in at the GeekyKOOL booth for photos, giveaways and more!
