Ready Player One is a sci fi novel by Ernie Cline. It is set in a dystopian future. The general public escapes the grim surroundings by spending hours in the OASIS, a sprawling virtual utopia. That is where the adventure begins.
I have yet to read Ready Player One but I am really interested in it now. It sounds like a really interesting premise.
The fact that Steven Spielberg has signed on to direct is really KOOL. It gives huge credence and validity to this movie.
I can’t wait to read the book and then see the movie.
