The Casting news for Superman: Legacy continues to pour in. David Corenswet was recently announced to be Clark Kent/Superman in the upcoming Superman Legacy. This will be the first movie from the new DC Studios led by James Gunn and Peter Safran.
Nathan Fillion who is known for his roles on Firefly, The Rookie, and Castle. He has voiced Green Lantern in different animated series but he usually voices Hal Jordan. Fillion has signed on to play the aggressive and jerk Green Lantern, Guy Gardner. This is a fun but obnoxious character and will be interesting in this new universe.
Fillion had already played a character in the DC Universe but we are not sure if that film will be in continuity with the new DC Studios universe. He played T.D.K. aka The Detachable Kid.
Fillion is not the only announced new actor and character for Superman: Legacy. Isabela Merced will star as Hawkgirl. Mister Terrific will be portrayed by Edi Gathegi. Just announced a few minutes ago, Anthony Carrigan as Metamorpho. This will be a hero-packed movie.
