After the success of the Batman prequel series, Gotham, and the fan love for the scenes on Kryton in Man of Steel, this is series makes a ton of sense. As a comic fan, I am always interested in the world that Superman was born on. Usually this planet is considered very advanced in technology but entangled in blinding politics.
I am not a huge fan of Superman. I find him to be too powerful for my personal taste. But to build the mythology of his family and his birth world, I am very interested.
This series is being created and produced by David Goyer. It will be written by Ian Goldberg. These are two big names in the superhero/ sci fi world.
