Per Televised Revolution, the boys of The Lone Gunmen will return during the X-Files Mini Series. This six episode mini is set to air January 2016.
Much is unknown about the appearance of Byers, Frohike, and Langly of The Lone Gunmen. Will they have a key role in this mini series? What episodes will they be in? Will it just be a cameo for the fans? How is the The Lone Gunmen able to make an appearance when they all died during the final season in the episode, Jump the Shark?
I absolutely love this news. The Lone Gunmen are awesome and a huge part of the X-Files mythology. I can’t wait for this mini series to begin and return to the world of the X-Files.
