The Fox Network has announced the return of The X-Files. It will be air during the summer of 2015. The X-Files will have six new episodes. They will use these episodes to further tell their stories and wrap up plot threads.
We have the return of the FBI Agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully. David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson will reprise their award winning roles. Chris Carter will return to the helm of the series. It is unknown if any other reoccurring characters such as the Lone Gunmen, Cigarette Smoking Man, John Doggett, or even Walter Skinner will show up in this X-Files Miniseries.
I am hopeful that they will use these six episodes to deal with the pending invasion. It was suppose to be on December 22, 2012, the day after the end of the Mayan calendar. It is a little delayed but maybe we will get a full alien invasion.
Whatever the plot line will be, I am excited to see it. I can’t wait for it to return. I Want to Believe!
