Sony Pictures continues their run on Spider-Man villains getting their own movies with Venom, Morbus, and now Kraven the Hunter. Venom can be an anti-hero. Morbus has always been a force of nature being mostly a vampire. Kraven has never been a hero in the comics.
The most interesting thing about Kraven was Kraven’s Last Hunt where Kraven “kills” Spider-Man, buries him, and then replaces him. We find out later that Spider-Man was just tranquilized and Kraven was dying. He did best Spidey like he had never done before. But that isn’t what this movie is about.
