Legion is the first X-Men character to transition into a live action television series. He is a powerful mutant with mental illness. In the comics, Legion is an anti-hero character that doesn’t do things the X-Men way. Yet he is the son of Professor Charles Xavier (Professor X). Legion has the mental illness of dissociative identity disorder (formerly multiple personality) and each personality controls different abilities.
