My absolute favorite comic book artist is George Perez. In fact, when I started seriously collecting comics back in my freshman year of college (1986 <cough>) he quickly became my fav and later I found that I had collected a lot of his early work from the late 70’s with Marvel.
He did this drawing for a fan as a direct request and more information about it and its story are on George’s FB page.
