Vanessa Hudgens will star in NBC and DC Comic’s Powerless. Hudgens starred recently in Grease Live. She is best known for her role as Gabriella on the Disney High School Musical movies.
Powerless is workplace situational comedy. It is set in one of the worst insurance companies around and in the DC Comic Universe, where the Justice League and Suicide Squad exist. The insurance company covers the damage when the heroes and villains fight each other. This show isn’t about the heroes but it is about the regular people in this crazy world.
Hudgens is insurance claims adjuster, Emily Locke. She loves being an insurance adjuster. But her job becomes complicated by super humans in tights.
