Nathan Fillion was on stage at a convention among a couple of fellow Firefly cast members. He has voiced roles in both the DC Universe (Green Lantern) and the Marvel Universe (Monstrous Inmate- Guardians of the Galaxy). A member of the crowd asked him a question. What superhero character from either Universe he would like portray on screen. The first character he mentioned was Booster Gold since cocky characters short on the brains is his niche. Nathan stated that Ambush Bug would be a great character for him. He also mentioned a reboot of the Greatest American Hero (which isn’t DC or Marvel).
I would love to see Nathan play either Booster or Ambush Bug. I am not sure either one of them are heading to the DC Cinematic Universe anytime soon. I could see Booster showing up on Legends of Tomorrow.
