Like most geek conventions, VisionCon will have a Game Room for people to play a variety of board games, role-playing games, and much more. Often times groups just spring up and play different games from Dungeons and Dragons to Cards Against Humanity. This is a great place to get off your feet and just to enjoy some playtime while at the convention this upcoming weekend. VisionCon also has a ton of games scheduled out to officially play. Here are a few of the games that look like a ton of fun to play this weekend at VisionCon.
On Friday, there will be a Battletech game going on starting at 1 PM. It is “Training Day, learn how to play Battletech, a game of giant stompy robots, a timeless miniatures game of metal mayhem, all materials provided, ages 8+” It is also available to play on Saturday at Noon and Sunday at 10 AM.
Friday at 6 PM, there is Dungeons Against Humanity. Dungeons Against Humanity is a one-shot, hybrid 5th edition D&D game with prompts being done by cards from Cards Against Humanity game. This is an 18+ game.
Incursion Premiere has 4 different times you can sign up for. You can play on Friday at 6 pm, or Saturday 8 AM, 1 PM, or 6 PM. It is a Conundrum Role-Playing Game: A ménage a trois between espionage, madness, and outer darkness.
At noon on Saturday, try Twilight Imperium. Epic space opera boardgame. Are you up to rule the galaxy?
Mausritter is a A swords & whiskers TTRPG adventure, players play as adventurous mice in the tiny Earldom of Ek, exploring the world around them. You can sign up to play it on Saturday at 4 PM or Sunday at 1 PM.
