Today starts the 26th annual VisionCon. You can join in on the fun with me at the The Branson Convention Center on Friday February 24th and ending on Sunday afternoon the 26th. You can by tickets at the door. A day pass is only $40 but a 3 day weekend pass is only $50. If you are a geek in Southwest Missouri, you should not miss the start of the convention season by missing VisionCon.
If you plan it right, you can pack almost 3 full days into this convention. This convention never sleeps. You can stay up playing various role play and board games in the game room. If you want to chill at 3 am, you can join the fun in the movie room watching classic geek movies. If you need to catch some zzzz, you can do that come right back to festivities anytime of the day or night.
If you like awesome guests, then VisionCon is where you need to be. They have a variety and assortment of awesome guests. Check out this list of guests: John Wesley Shipp, J. Christopher Wilson, Ben Reeder, Brian Muir, Brothers on Whatever, D.A. Roberts, Kelldar, Laura Tyler, Mojo Brothers, RJ Haddy, Samantha McMillian, Samuel Rikard, Shane Moore, Steve Downes, and Visionary Entertainment Inc. There is someone for everyone to meet and see. Many of these guests will have panels and opportunities at booths to meet and get autographs.
