Star Trek: The video game comes out on April 23rd a few weeks before the new movie. Paramount pictures released a preview and a “making of the game” video exclusively to Yahoo! Movies. Both previews can be found here-

This looks to be a pretty awesome game and it has this geek girl wishing for an Xbox 360 or a Playstation 3! (hint.. hint.. to the Mister) The game uses the voices of the current cast: Pine, Quinto, Zoe Saldana, Simon Pegg, Karl Urban, Anton Yelchin, and John Cho. Michael Giacchino who provided the music for both movies has added his musical genius to the game as well. The game’s creators promise an actual story line reflective of the Original series along with the feel of the new movie sets. While there are mixed reviews on the net about the quality of the graphics and whether or not its worth the $59.99 price tag, it’s sure to do well with many die hard fans.
