DC Comics introduced interesting Batman comicbook several months ago. It was Batman 66. It takes place in the television Batman world. The art looks like the actors from the series. It is a digital first comic so they put it out on the web and eventually put in print comics. It has a been huge success.
The success of Batman 66 has inspired another classic and iconic DC Superhero television series to be adapted into a Digital first comic book. DC announced the launch of Wonder Woman 77. It takes place in the wonderful world of Wonder Woman from the 70s.
I loved this television series. Lynda Carter was one of my first television crushes. I follow Ms Carter on Facebook and love seeing her posts. I will be considering adding this to my comic book reading.
The series will be written by Marc Andreyko. The cover artist will be Nicola Scott. The interior art hasn’t been announced yet.
It is a fantastic idea by DC. I haven’t said that in a long time.
