According to Vulture.com, the CW is working on a possible Wonder Woman series. This is will be different from the David E. Kelley failed pilot Wonder Woman series. This series will revolve on Wonder Woman’s origin story and life on Themyscira. Themyscira is the island of the Amazons and the island that Wonder Woman grew up on.
It will have Diana, aka Wonder Woman, as a young budding super hero. It will show her developing her alter ego. It might be somewhat similar to Smallville but hopefully not too much like Smallville.
I am hopeful that the CW might be able to pull off a Wonder Woman series and to make it good. We will see.
